So a fellow Shrine clown and I went out for a planned 20 mile ride, which in itself would have been my longest bike ride ever, and ended up going 32 miles. Surprisingly I wasn't worn out and didn't really suffer the rest of the day. I'm looking forward to doing something like this again soon.
